Today's edition of "Which celebrity's house is this?" involves the four-bedroom house at 551 Toyopa Drive in Los Angeles' Pacific Palisades area, which sold in September for an undisclosed amount, but likely for close to $3,000,000. Built in 1941, the 2,321-square-foot house was purchased by something called the Conner Trust, and the trustee's name on the deed is Warren Grant, who has represented many of celebrities over the years (most notably, Cher). This makes us believe that the buyer behind the Conner Trust most likely is a celebrity. The house also has two baths and sits on a 0.19-acre parcel, according to public records. The purchase was recorded on November 20. One real-estate website suggests that the sale price of the house was $3,056,040, but we won't be able to corroborate that for several more weeks. The house sold just a little more than a year after its prior sale, which was for $2,570,000. It appears that the house's most recent listing price was $3,199,000. So, dear readers, we appeal to you: do any of you know which celebrity (if any) is the proud new owner of the manse at 551 Toyopa Drive in Pacific Palisades?
