Today's installment of 'Which celebrity's house is this?' involves a 1,638-square-foot condominium unit in the Country Club Manor complex in Los Angeles' Hancock Park area, which was purchased by a likely celebrity-owned real estate trust in May for $1,150,000.

Public records show that something called the Monk & William Trust paid $1.15 million on May 10 to purchase this three-bedroom condo unit in the vintage Country Club Manor complex from an investment partnership. The fourth-floor unit, which is at 316 N. Rossmore Avenue in Los Angeles, has two baths, according to public records.

Most telling about the purchase, we would say, are two things: 1) the whimsical name of the trust, which is a sure sign of a celebrity buyer; and 2) the fact that the money manager's name on the purchase deed is Howard Altman, who has represented many celebrities over the years, including actress Jennifer Garner.

Country Club Manor is a six-story, 42-unit condo complex that was built in 1926. It takes its name because it's located directly across the street from the Wilshire Country Club.
