Utah Jazz forward Carlos Boozer has placed his waterfront mansion in Miami on the market for $6,900,000.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Boozer's listing of his mansion, which ostensibly is being brought about because of his ongoing divorce from his wife, Cindy "CeCe" Boozer.

Built in 1996, Boozer's Mediterranean-style house measures 7,002 square feet, according to the county recorder's "adjusted" amount, or 5,294 square feet, according to the county recorder's "total" amount. Either way, the mansion has five bedrooms, five full baths, two half baths, hardwood floors, a state-of-the-art media room, smart house technology, a security camera system, quality finishes, custom millwork, a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and a large eat-in area, a barrel roof and a three-car garage, according to listing information. Outdoor features on the 0.4-acre (17,630-square-foot) parcel include terraces, a one-bedroom detached guest house, a pool, a dock and a boat lift, according to public records and listing information.
Boozer absolutely will wind up taking a loss on this mansion. He and his wife paid $7,300,000 for the mansion in 2007, according to public records.
Boozer has owned a plethora of other properties over the years, including:
--A 3,398-square-foot town house in Durham, N.C., which he purchased in 2006 for $217,500 and still owns;
--A 3,031-square-foot house in Raleigh, N.C. that he purchased in 2004 for $480,000 and that he transferred into the names of his parents in late 2008;
--A 7,356-square-foot mansion at 9781 SW 60th Court in Pinecrest, Fla., which he sold in 2007 to a major-league pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals for $3,150,000;
--A 25th-floor condominium unit in the popular (and celebrity-friendly), 48-story Jade at Brickell Bay tower at 1331 Brickell Bay Drive in Miami, which he sold in 2006 for $1,385,000;
--A house at 13 Wenden Court in posh Bratenahl, Ohio, which he sold in 2005 for $349,000.
