Kwame Jackson, the runner-up in the first season of NBC's "The Apprentice," may not have gotten the job with Donald Trump, but he nonetheless has done a real estate deal of his own, paying $980,000 for a condominium in New York City's Harlem area, according to public records. The New York Times first reported the transaction several days ago, but the paper didn't disclose the purchase price, in part because Kwame declined to divulge it. However, public records show that Kwame paid just $20,000 shy of $1 million to buy the unit at 106 W. 123rd Street condo apprentice which is just outside the Mount Morris Park Historic District. Originally listed for $995,000, the triplex unit has one full floor, two half floors (including a basement recreation room), and a private garden in the rear. Check out the details.
