Well, as we had predicted the other day, actress Tori Spelling's house in Los Angeles' Westwood area -- which she has listed for $2,395,000 -- finally officially hit Los Angeles' MLS on Monday, fully three days *after* the Los Angeles Times' Ann Brenoff wrote an exclusive online post on the listing. Can you say "sweetheart deal," boys and girls? Hats off to Brenoff for getting the scoop from (ostensibly) Spelling's listing agents, well ahead of the rest of us.
