New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's 2,910-square-foot condominium unit in the north tower of New York City's Time Warner building, which he listed for $16.5 million early this year, now has been rented out to a financier for a half-year lease at $60,000 a month, according to the New York Post.
The Post's Braden Keil is reporting today that Brady's three-bedroom unit, which is at 80 Columbus Circle Unit#NT74B and which he purchased through his Courage Under Fire Nominee Trust last year for $14 million, has been taken off the market. We wrote about his listing in February, less than three months after the play-caller closed on the unit.
The rumor had been that Brady had purchased the unit to be closer to his then-girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan. Now, Brady, who soon will become the father of Moynahan's baby, reportedly is dating supermodel Gisele Bundchen.
The unit is expected to go back on the market next year, Keil reported.
