"Sopranos" star Michael Imperioli and his ornate interior designer wife, Victoria, have paid $2.4 million for a four-story walk-up on the border of the SoHo and TriBeCa neighborhoods, according to public records.
The New York Observer reported recently that Imperioli, 41, who plays Christopher Moltisanti on the popular HBO program, and his wife purchasd the run-down, 17-foot-wide building for use as offices for the theater that they own at 257 W. 29th Street in Manhattan, and that eventually rent out the other floors. "Later, when we can possibly do it, we'll take over the entire building...And we live close by, so we can shuttle in between," Victoria Imperioli told the Observer.
Public records show that the walk-up, at 499 Canal Street, was built in 1920 and measures 2,684 square feet. Check out a photo of the building from the coverage of it by our friends at Curbed.
The Imperiolis also own a condo in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla. that they purchased in 2005 for $561,300, according to public records.
