Public records have finally cleared on the amount that actress and model Sofia Vergara paid for her new three-bedroom condominium unit on the Wilshire Corridor in Los Angeles, and they reveal that Vergara paid $1,100,000 -- and not even remotely approaching the 'close to $2 million' amount that was reported by the Los Angeles Times' Ruth Ryon on August 5 -- for the unit.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the amount that Vergara, 35, paid for her ninth-floor unit, which is in the Dorchester Building on the Wilshire Corridor, at 10520 Wilshire Boulevard. We reported on August 5 about Vergara's purchase, just hours after the Times' Ryon published her report.

Records show that Vergara purchased the unit on May 10, and that it closed on July 5. The unit has three baths and faces to the south. Its size, however, is less clear. Public records state that the unit measures 2,071 square feet, while Ryon had reported that it has 3,600 square feet.

The 108-unit Dorchester building was built in 1989.
