Soap opera actor Paul Leyden has paid $865,000 for a recently remodeled, two-bedroom house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills area, according to public records.
A native of Australia, Leyden, 34, got his break by joining the cast of “As the World Turns” in 2002.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report that the 1,012-square-foot house that he just bought, at 3048 Passmore Drive, had been listed for $870,000. Features in the single-story, “cottage”-like house, which was built in 1956, include two baths, French doors in the dining room and in the master bedroom, hardwood floors, a kitchen with black granite appliances and parklike grounds, according to listing information.
