Hip-hop record label executive Damon Dash has sold his 5,875-square-foot, Spanish villa-style house in Beverly Hills, Calif. for $3,600,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Dash’s sale, which closed on April 25 and was recorded on May 18. Back in February, our friends over at the Real Estalker posted what easily is the definitive look at Dash’s style of living, and also of his crib in Beverly Hills, which, as the Real Estalker had first reported at that time, had been listed at that time for $3,795,000.

Now, Dash, who is the co-founder and former CEO of Roc-A-Fella Records with Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter, has simplified his existence somewhat with the sale of his house at 1316 Beverly Grove Place above Beverly Hills. As the Real Estalker had noted, Dash, 36, paid $2,750,000 in 2003 for the four-bedroom house, which had been built in 1999.

Features in the house that Dash just sold include a loggia entry, a dramatic living room that opens to a lounge terrace with city views, a large eat-in kitchen, a dining room that opens to a patio with a fireplace and an outdoor dining area, a master suite with dual baths, a fireplace and a terrace, a family room/media room on the lower level that opens to a pool and lounge area with a bar, and a top-of-the-line audio/visual systems, according to listing information. The house sits on a 0.63-acre parcel, according to public records.

Head on over to the Real Estalker’s February post for some photos of Dash’s erstwhile crib.

As for Dash’s current digs, the hip-hop businessman has owned no fewer than four different properties on the East Coast over the years. Currently, he and his fashion-designer wife, Rachel Roy, own two places in Manhattan—a unit at 79 Laight Street in TriBeCa that he purchased in 2004 for $1,807,394 and a unit at 25 N. Moore Street in TriBeCa that he also purchased in 2004 for $3,875,000, according to public records.

Dash’s two previous East Coast residences both were in New Jersey. In 2003, he sold an estate on Berkery Place in Alpine, N.J. for $3,075,000 after having bought it in 2000 for $2,100,000, according to public records, while in 2000, he sold a condo unit at 1512 Palisade Avenue in Ft. Lee, N.J. for $440,000 after having purchased it in 1998 for $400,000, according to public records.
