Professional poker player and author Annie Duke has sold her house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills for $2,840,000.


In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the sale of the 3,528-square-foot house at 1958 Outpost Circle by Duke’s Fluffhead Trust, according to public records. Duke, 41, purchased the house in July 2005 for $2,850,000, according to public records, meaning that she sold the house at a loss. She then transferred the house’s ownership to her Fluffhead Trust the following year.

Built in 1928, the house that Duke sold has four bedrooms and three baths and sits on a 0.25-acre lot, according to public records. Records show that Duke sold the house on June 7. The sale closed on June 14. The buyers are an intellectual property attorney and his wife, according to public records.

Duke had listed her house for $3,250,000, according to listing information.

Duke also owns property in Stillwater, Mont., according to public records.
