Spanish-born actress Paz Vega, who crossed over to English-language films in the 2004 comedy film “Spanglish” with Adam Sandler, and her husband Orson Salazar have become first-time homeowners, paying $985,000 for a 1,410-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood area, according to public records.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report that Vega, 31, and Salazar bought the three-bedroom house at 716 N. Alta Vista Blvd. in Hollywood. Built in 1923, the house has two baths and sits on just a 0.18-acre parcel, according to public records. There is little other information available about the house, which did not appear to have been listed on the multiple listing service when Vega purchased it. As a result, we aren’t able to link to any listing sheet or other information.
Vega’s real name is Paz Campos Trigo, and she bought the house with Salazar under the name Maria Paz Campos.
