Olbermann, 48, purchased the two-bedroom unit in the 55-story tower, which was built in 1990. Features in his new unit include two and a half marble bathrooms, 360-degree views, two master bedrooms plus a den/library, a new large chef’s kitchen, and a 31.5-foot-long living room with a balcony, according to listing information. Public records show that Olbermann purchased the 1,754-square-foot unit from a company called Amsco Realty that had owned it since 1998.
