Game-show host and TV personality Bob Eubanks' longtime ranch in Santa Ynez, Calif. is on the market for $2,995,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the listing of the former Newlywed Game host's 22-acre Pepper Tree Ranch, which is at 3617 Roblar Avenue in Santa Ynez, in Santa Barbara County. This actually has been on the market for awhile (and originally was listed for $3,795,000), but we hadn't gotten around to writing about it until now; we were, we admit, prodded by a loyal reader of ours.

The ranch has several residences on it, four barns, corrals, irrigated pastures, an office complex and apartment, a sound studio, large oak trees, a roping arena, a covered round pen, a shop/storage and a swimming pool, according to listing information. In total, the ranch has three bedrooms on it, according to listing information. The main ranch residence was built in 1940.

Eubanks, 71, has owned lots of other Southern California-area real estate over the years, including a timeshare in Coronado, Calif. that he and his family currently own, according to public records. He also until earlier in this decade had owned a 4,426-square-foot house at 5900 Highridge Road in Hidden Hills. And, Eubanks at one time had owned a 14.74-acre ranch near the one that he is now selling; he unloaded that 14.74-acre ranch, at 2555 Montecielo Road in Santa Ynez.
