New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has listed his 2,910-square-foot condominium in the north tower of New York City’s Time Warner building for $16.5 million. Brady purchased the three-bedroom unit at 80 Columbus Circle in November 2006, and not September 2006 as has been reported elsewhere. He bought the unit, which is #NT74B, through his agent, Stephen L. Dubin, and through his Courage Under Fire Nominee Trust for $14 million, and not the $14.5 million that has been reported elsewhere, according to public records. The seller late last year was JDC Properties LLC, according to public records, and Brady was rumored to have bought the unit to be closer to his then-girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan. Now, Brady has turned around and put the unit, which has 12-foot ceilings and direct Central Park views from every room, back on the market. Check here for the unit’s listing sheet, which promises “five star living” on the “highest floor available” at the Time Warner Center. Go here for the New York Post’s coverage of the story. Most recently, the Post reported last summer that Brady and a different woman—not Moynahan—were checking out condos in Manhattan’s downtown.
