Music producer Barbara Orbison, who is the widow of Roy Orbison, has placed her three-bedroom house in the Bird Streets area of Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills on the market for $2,795,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Orbison's listing of the house, which hit the market on December 8.

Built in 1961, Orbison's house has three baths and measures either 2,679 square feet (according to public records) or 3,400 square feet (according to mls listing information). Features on the walled and gated property's 0.41-acre (17,746-square-foot) lot include a one-bedroom guesthouse with one bath, a pool and views, according to public records.

Orbison purchased the property in mid-2004 for $2,546,000, according to public records. Her husband died in 1988.

Orbison owns several other properties in southern California and Nashville, including:

--A 5,493-square-foot, vacant lot on Rambla Vista in Malibu, Calif. that she has owned for almost 20 years, according to public records (and that, we believe, is the lot that once housed her home, which burned in during a brush fire in 1993);

--A 1,239-square-foot house in Nashville;

--And a 9,977-square-foot house on exactly 1 acre in Nashville that she purchased in mid-2005 for $2,465,000, according to public records.
