Model Gisele Bundchen has sold her house off Los Angeles' Sunset Strip for $3,980,000, according to public records.
The Los Angeles Times first reported this morning on the sale of the house at 1415 Devlin Drive in Los Angeles. Bundchen purchased the house in August 2000 for $1,880,000 through her Nonnenmacher Trust, according to public records, which is a logical name for her trust, since the model's full name is Gisele Caroline Nonnenmacher Bundchen.
Check out photos here of Bundchen’s house, which the Times called the house a one-story, gated Spanish hacienda. The paper described the house as having 4,000 square feet, although public records show that it has 3,679 square feet. Other features in the house include four bedrooms, a media room, a gym, city views and a pool, the Times reported. Built in 1960, the house sits on a 1.08-acre parcel, according to public records.
Long a New York City homeowner, Bundchen, 26, now is basing herself entirely in New York.
