Model Carmen Kass has sold her loft in a co-op building in New York City’s Greenwich Village area for $1.65 million, according to public records and the New York Post.

 

The Post today reported that Kass, 28, sold the five-room apartment, which is in a doorman building. The prewar building is at 303 Mercer Street, according to public records. Features in the three-bedroom, 1,700-square-foot unit include two baths, three wood-burning fireplaces and three exposures. Check out the original listing sheet here.

There are no details yet on where Kass is moving.

Separately, in Manhattan, jazz trumpeter Chris Botti, who once dated Katie Couric, has paid $3.7 million for a duplex co-op loft in the building at 468 W. Broadway, according to public records and the Post. Botti, 44, bought the three-bedroom, penthouse loft, which had been listed for $3.9 million. Features in the loft include skylights, plasma screens, Solar marble in the master suite, Italian custom cabinetry in the master dressing room, wide planked bleached white oak floors, and a kitchen with aluminum cabinetry and a customized stainless steel island, according to listing information and the Post.
