British actress Lucy Davis, who appeared in the original version of “The Office” on the BBC and now is part of the cast of the NBC drama “Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip,” and her Welsh actor husband Owain Yeoman, who appeared on the short-lived FOX series “Kitchen Confidential,” have paid $1,120,500 for a Craftsman-style house in Los Angeles’ Hancock Park area. Davis, 34, and Yeoman, 28, were married just last month at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London. Public records show that they bought the house about two months before their wedding. Originally listed for $1,059,000 and built in 1920, the house, at 512 N. Gower Avenue, is part of a three-bedroom, 1,224-square-foot compound, according to public records. The main house consists of two bedrooms one bath, and a detached guesthouse has another one bedroom and one bath. Other features on the property include a pool and a Jacuzzi tub. The Los Angeles Times recently reported that the guesthouse had been used as a master-bedroom suite, with its two closets, two skylights, a kitchenette and an office. See here for listing information on (but no photo of) the house. The house is in the Larchmont Village area of Hancock Park, placing it farther north than some of the neighborhood’s other celebrity-owned mansions, like those belonging to actors David Schwimmer, Sean Hayes, Patricia Heaton, Luke Perry and William Petersen.
