The sale price has cleared public records for the 27th-floor unit in Los Angeles' Sierra Towers building that actress/tabloid mainstay Lindsay Lohan sold in February: exactly $2.3 million.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report the sale price for the three-bedroom, 2,117-square-foot unit at 9255 Doheny Road, which Lohan had purchased in August 2005 for $1,975,000 but never wound up occupying. Last month, the Los Angeles Times' "Hot Property" column wrote about the sale (but not the exact sale price), as did we and the Real Estalker. And kudos to the Real Estalker for reporting first, on Feb. 7, about the unit going to contract; public records show that it closed just two days later (but wasn't recorded until Feb. 21).

Recall that the "Hot Property" column reported last month that the unit, which originally had been listed for $2,850,000 and later was reduced to $2,495,000, sold "for close to its asking price of $2,495,000." We're not sure whether $2.3 million is really "close to" $2,495,000; in this particular case, when we think of "close to," we think of, say, $2.4 million or $2.45 million.

In any event, Lohan now is ensconced in a different unit in Sierra Towers that she's renting, the Real Estalker reported last month.

There also is no shortage of rumors about Lohan purchasing a unit in the Atelier in New York City, where we recently reported (along with many others) that Nick Lachey is living. When we get more details on Lohan's various real estate activities, we'll provide them here.
