When it comes to trying to sell his 5,818-square-foot duplex apartment in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood, rocker Lenny Kravitz clearly isn't giving up.

He's been trying to sell the five-bedroom penthouse unit in the building at 30 Crosby Street in New York for the last five years. Now, after last listing it last year for $12.95 million, he has actually jacked up the asking price to a whopping $19.5 million.

Despite many news articles over the years reporting that Kravitz had paid "about $8 million" for the unit in 2000, public records actually show that the rocker paid $7,128,000 through his Otie Enterprises LLC company for the unit, which is known as "Penthouse B." Features in the newly redesigned and renovated unit include 3,000 square feet of outdoor space, a grand entrance area with two powder rooms, a living room with a marble fireplace, a large terrace with a wood-burning fireplace, a media room, a gourmet state of the art kitchen, a suspended glass staircase, a master suite, a glass staircase leading to a large roof deck, and two large outfitted storage rooms, according to listing information.
