Back on June 27, we exclusively reported on hip-hop mogul Damon Dash selling his 5,875-square-foot, Spanish villa-style house in the Benedict Canyon area of Beverly Hills, Calif. for $3,600,000.
Today, the Los Angeles Times' "Hot Property" column leads off with a report on the exact same sale. Which in and of itself is fine--Dash selling his real estate is a newsworthy item in the field of celebrity real estate.
However, once again, the Times' Ruth Ryon conveniently forgets to mention where the news of the sale first broke (i.e., here). As regular readers know, we take great pains to identify where news items first were broken. We'd love it if the Times would do the same.
