Actress Kate Jackson has sold a 1,811-square-foot house she owns in Los Angeles' Sherman Oaks area for $800,000, according to public records.

The Los Angeles' Times Ruth Ryon will report tomorrow that Jackson, 58, sold the house at 3930 Dixie Canyon Avenue in Sherman Oaks, which was built in 1939, according to public records. Features in the three-bedroom house she sold include two baths, a pool, a spa and an outdoor fireplace, according to public records and the Times. Jackson, who played Sabrina Duncan on "Charlie's Angels," had purchased the house in early 2006 for $1,075,000, according to public records.

Jackson has moved to a house that she owns in the nearby Studio City area, the Times reported. She purchased that house in 2001 for $1,095,000, according to public records. Built in 1951, the 2,654-square-foot house she purchased has four bedrooms, two baths and sits on almost exactly a half-acre lot, according to public records.

Ryon's column tomorrow contains several other pieces of news, including about boxer Oscar De La Hoya selling his retreat in Big Bear Lake, Calif. to "ultimate fighter" Tito Ortiz for $2.1 million, which the Wall Street Journal first reported on Friday, and about several moves in Studio City by actor Neil Patrick Harris. We'll get to those a bit later on, so stay tuned.
