The purchase price for the 8,232-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Brentwood neighborhood that actor Josh Duhamel and Stacy 'Fergie' Ferguson recently purchased has cleared public records.

And in a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report that Duhamel, who stars on TV's 'Las Vegas,' and Fergie paid $4,875,000 for the house at 1310 N. Kenter Avenue through their Chez La Rue Trust and their SAF Trust, according to public records. That's below the $5,299,000 listing price for the house, which the couple purchased on March 16 (the sale wasn't recorded until March 6, according to public records).

Recall from our June 10 coverage of Duhamel's various real-estate comings and goings that Duhamel and Fergie's new house had been owned by acclaimed director Brian De Palma from 1998 until 2005. Our friends over at the Real Estalker provided their typically excellent take on the pair's new house first, way back on April 19.

As for Duhamel's previous house, which also is in Brentwood at 1135 N. Kenter Avenue, the actor closed on the sale of that property on May 11 (but it wasn't recorded until May 31, according to public records). Duhamel sold the three-bedroom, 2,516-square-foot house, which had been listed for $2,399,000, to a woman from Solon, Ohio, according to public records. When the sale price of that much smaller house, which we wrote about for the first time back on April 15 after Curbed LA wrote their story on it, becomes available in public records, we'll provide it here.

Also, check out the Real Estalker's coverage of Duhamel's former house, which they posted on April 18.
