The purchase price of the newly built house in Los Angeles' Sherman Oaks area that actress Joely Fisher purchased on June 18 has become available, and it reveals that the actress did indeed pay the $3,500,000 amount that was reported at that time.

Back on August 4, we wrote a post about Fisher's newly purchased, seven-bedroom home, in the wake of the Los Angeles Times' Ruth Ryon having reported that same weekend on Fisher's new home. Ryon had reported that Fisher had paid $3.5 million for the new house, and her information wound up being correct, according to Los Angeles County records that recently have become available.

Built in 2006, Fisher's new house had been listed for $3,995,000, and measures either 7,807 square feet (according to public records) or 9,830 square feet (according to listing information).

Meanwhile, Fisher still is struggling to sell her house at 16461 Garvin in Los Angeles' Encino area. She first had listed that house this past spring for $4,750,000 and later reduced it to $4,295,000. She subsequently has further reduced the house to $3,999,000. Obviously, given the fact that she's now carrying two properties, Fisher is a motivated seller.

Other posts that we have written about Fisher's various real-estate doings have been on June 5 and on June 22.
