Adult film actress Jenna Jameson and mixed martial arts fighter Tito Ortiz reportedly have purchased a newly built, 3,889-square-foot house in his native Huntington Beach, Calif. that had been on the market for $3,399,000.
TMZ.com reported today that the couple had purchased the four-bedroom, waterfront mansion, and the site uploaded a pile of photos of the house as well. While the public records databases that we have access to don't yet confirm the couple's purchase, we have no reason to doubt it.
Billed as having "Old World charm and state of the art features," (we're not sure *which* 'Old World' the agent is referring to!) the new house has three and a half baths, hand-cut limestone, wrought iron railings, a "richly appointed library" that is wood-finished, a 20-foot vaulted stone entry with a chandelier, custom woodwork throughout, a formal dining room, a 3,000-bottle, temperature-controlled wine cellar, a master suite with a large balcony overlooking Huntington Harbour, and a gourmet kitchen with Wolf, DCS, Sub-Zero, Miele and Viking appliances, according to listing information. The house also is wired for Elan home technology, according to listing information. Outdoor features on the very small, 0.11-acre (5,000-square-foot) lot, which sits on Davenport Island, include an approximately 50-foot boat dock, a built-in barbecue, a fire pit, and separate one-car and two-car garages, according to public records and listing information.
One question we have is: what will happen to the couple's other properties? We have written about many of the couple's other properties over the years, including:
--Jameson's three-bedroom, 3,958-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills, which she listed in August for $2,700,000 (and which we broke the story of her purchasing back in May 2007). That house remains on the market for the $2,700,000 asking price;
--Jameson's 1,605-square-foot condominium unit on Camelback Road in Scottsdale, Ariz., which she purchased in early 2002 for $277,000;
--Jameson's 1,183-square-foot condominium unit in Paradise Valley, Ariz. that she apparently continues to co-own with her ex-husband Jay Grdina;
--Ortiz's house and training facility in Big Bear Lake, Calif., which he purchased on March 8, 2007 from boxer Oscar de la Hoya for $2,100,000, according to public records. We wrote about this purchase on May 14, 2007, prior to the purchase winding up in public-records databases.
--Ortiz's 1,977-square-foot house in Scottsdale, Ariz., which he and his now ex-wife Kristin purchased in early 2006 for $612,000, according to public records;
--Ortiz's house in Huntington Beach, Calif., which he purchased in 2001 for $379,000, according to public records.
