Actor Jason Priestley has listed his four-bedroom, 3,550-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills for $2,199,000.

We can report that Priestley, 37, is selling the house on 1.18 acres in the Hollywood Hills, which he purchased in 2002 through his Chistlehurst Drive Trust for $995,000, according to public records. (He named the trust after a street he once lived on, but his managers erroneously misspelled the name of the street when setting up the trust.)

Priestley has owned many homes in the L.A. area over the years, including a condo at 14234 Dickens Street in Sherman Oaks that he sold in 1993, a house at 2459 Park Oak Drive in the Oaks neighborhood in Los Feliz that he sold in 1998, a house at 2441 Chislehurst Drive in the Los Feliz neighborhood that he owned from 1998 until 2000, and a house at 1807 Dewey Street in Santa Monica that he owned from 1999 until 2001, according to public records. He also from 1999 to 2000 owned a place at 42300 Comptche Ukiah Road in Menocino, Calif., according to public records. And, in late 2002, he sold a place at 42 White Street in New York City's TriBeCa area for $4,375,000, according to public records.

Built in 1928, the house that Priestley is selling has a living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, a kitchen with a wine cellar, a master bedroom with two walk-in closets and an original bath, guest quarters with a steam shower, an outdoor patio with and a fireplace according to listing information.

So where is Priestley moving? It's unclear, although it's likely he and wife Naomi are moving because they're looking for a more family-friendly home. They just announced last month that they're expecting their first chlid.
