Emmy-nominated actress and fashion model Jaime Pressly, who plays Joy in the popular NBC situation comedy "My Name Is Earl," has her house in Tarzana, Calif. on the market for just under $1.4 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Pressly, 29, bought the house in August 2004 for $949,000, according to public records. Built in 1970 and located at 19135 Rosita Street, the four-bedroom house has three and a half baths, according to public records. The Times reported that the house has 3,000 square feet, but a listing sheet stating that could not be immediately found, and public records show that Pressly's house actually measures 2,460 square feet. An older listing sheet for the house--with a higher asking price and the 2,460-square-foot amount shown--is available here.
The house that Pressly has listed is the fourth L.A.-area house that she has owned in the last five years. She first paid $565,000 in early 2001 through her Champagne Sady Trust to buy a house at 3727 Dixie Canyon Avenue in Sherman Oaks, Calif., which she sold in June 2002 for $590,000. She then purchased a house at 11655 Laurelcrest Drive in Studio City, Calif. in 2002 for $920,000, eventually selling that house in March 2004 for $1,215,000 to "Malcolm in the Middle" actor Justin Berfield. Pressly sold the Studio City house because in March 2004, she paid $1.15 million for a Spanish-style house at 3700 Sapphire Drive in Encino, Calif. Pressly then turned around and sold the Encino house in August 2004 for $1.29 million.
The Times reported that Pressly, who is expecting a baby boy with her fiance, "is looking to buy a larger home for her expanding family."
