Fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi has paid $1,130,000 to purchase a 1,459-square-foot house in Beverly Hills, Calif.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the purchase by Mizrahi of the two-bedroom house, which is right off of Wilshire Boulevard.

Built in 1926, the modest, Spanish-style house has two baths and was remodeled four years ago, according to public records and listing information. Features in the house include a kitchen with a breakfast area and a granite countertop, high ceilings in the living room, dining room and kitchen, and an office next to the second bedroom that could in theory function as a third bedroom, according to listing information. Outdoor features on the 0.15-acre (6,500-square-foot), gated property include a heated swimming pool, according to public records and listing information.

The house had been listed for $1,229,000. The deal was recorded on Mar. 3, according to public records.

This of course is not the primary residence of the Brooklyn-born Mizrahi, who is a New Yorker through and through. Late last year, he reportedly was spotted checking out a three-bedroom unit in the 200 11th Ave. building in Manhattan. And more recently, the New York Observer's Chloe Malle broke the story of Mizrahi paying $1.1 million for a one-bedroom condo on West 12th Street in the West Village.
