In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the listing of the onetime Hunter house at 4116 Sumac Drive in Sherman Oaks. The house came on the market back on August 25, but we're only now getting around to writing about it.
Hunter bought the house in 2003 through two of her trusts for $2,000,000, according to public records. She sold it in 2004 to a movie producer for $2,550,000, according to public records. The movie producer now has the house on the market.
Built in 2002, the Sumac Drive house has six and a half baths and a chef's kitchen opening to a family room, according to public records and listing information. Outdoor features on the 0.45-acre (19,450-square-foot) lot include city and mountain views, a pool, a spa, a large deck and fountains, according to public records and listing information.
