A five-bedroom, Mediterranean-style house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills that was owned from 1999 to 2003 by radio host, actor and personality Danny Bonaduce has been reduced in asking price by $300,000, to $2,599,000.

Bonaduce, 47, has bought and sold many houses over the years, including in the L.A. area. He currently lives in a 5,065-square-foot house in Los Feliz that he purchased in 2003 for $2.6 million, according to public records.

Back in 1999, Bonaduce paid $985,000 to buy the Hollywood Hills house that is now on the market by a subsequent owner. Built in 1995, the 5,676-square-foot house, at 2651 La Cuesta Drive, has four and a half baths and is off Nichols Canyon. Features in the house include views of the canyon, city and ocean, wrap-around balconies on three floors, a lofted entry with 25-foot-plus ceilings, a step-down living and dining room, and a gourmet kitchen, according to listing information. Other features are a media room/game room, maid's or guests' quarters with an elevator, and a private master suite with its own sitting room/library, fireplace, dual walk-in closets and an extra large bathroom, according to listing information.

In late 2002, Bonaduce and his wife, Gretchen, sold the Hollywood Hills house for $1,275,000 to the man who now is selling it. Shortly thereafter, they purchased the Los Feliz house that they continue to occupy to this day.
