A San Fernando Valley native, Kamin, 29, co-founded the Calling in his family’s garage.

Located at 1474 N. Kings Road and literally across the street from Hilton’s house, Kamin’s 1,960-square-foot house was built in 1928, according to public records. He purchased the three-bedroom house in 2003 for $985,000, according to public records. Features in the house include two baths, a patio, and an office, according to listing information.

Kamin has at least one other L.A.-area house, according to public records. He paid $825,000 in 2005 to purchase the 2,250-square-foot house at 3330 Wrightwood Drive in Los Angeles’ Studio City area, according to public records. He also owns a 1,320-square-foot house in Daytona Beach, Fla., which he purchased in 2004 for $160,000, according to public records.
