Mandel purchased the Robert Guy Road house in the late 1980s and sold it in 2001 for $2,294,000 to the couple that now is selling it, according to public records. His principal residence remains an eight-bedroom, 12,816-square-foot house on 2.303 acres nearby at 25138 Butterfield Road in Hidden Hills that he built in 1999 and moved into before he put the Robert Guy Road house up for sale.
