Little more than a year after he sold it, the former house of fashion critic Steven Cojocaru in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills is back on the market, for $3,695,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the listing of the five-bedroom house, which is at 8222 Hollywood Boulevard in the Hollywood Hills. Built in 1926, the house has four full baths, two powder rooms, a gourmet chef's kitchen with lounging and dining areas, a separate formal dining room, a great room with massive beams and 20-foot ceilings, a library/office and a playroom, according to public records and listing information. The house measures either 3,642 square feet, according to public records or 4,123 square feet, according to listing information, which notes that the house has been remodeled.
The former Cojocaru house sits on a 0.19-acre (8,407-square-foot) lot, according to public records. It's actually been on the market for the last few months; we have been meaning to get around to writing about it for quite some time.
We've never actually written about the former Cojocaru house before, but our friends at the Real Estalker wrote a fine post on it last year, when Cojocaru had it on the market for $2,995,000 -- shortly after his original listing price of $3,150,000.
Records show that Cojocaru's Hollywood Boulevard Trust paid $2,225,000 for the house on August 19, 2004 (deal recorded on October 1, 2004). Cojocaru sold it on May 16, 2007 (deal recorded on June 7, 2007) for $2,900,000, according to public records. The current owner of the house is not a celebrity.

Cojocaru now owns the late actor Brock Peters' former house in the Hollywood Hills, which Cojocaru purchased last year for $3,800,000. We wrote about his purchase of that house earlier this year.
