Figure skater and Olympic gold medalist Scott Hamilton has sold a house he owns in Thousand Oaks, Calif. for $3,295,000, according to public records. In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report that Hamilton, 48, has sold the second of two houses that he had ever owned in the Lake Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks. Back in 2003, he listed his first house in the Lake Sherwood Country Club. He decided to sell that 4,466-square-foot house, at 480 S. Upper Lake Road, because, he told the Los Angeles Times in a 2003 news article, he had planned to move into a more traditional house before the birth of his first child. He sold that house the following year for $2.7 million, according to public records. The house that Hamilton just sold was built in 2003, and therefore was purchased at the time he vacated his first house on Lake Sherwood. Situated on a 1.79-acre parcel, the 5,682-square-foot house, at 1984 Greenbank Road, has 11 rooms, including five bedrooms and six and a half baths, according to public records. Hamilton and his wife, Tracie, now reside in Franklin Tennessee, where they moved in 2005 when they paid $2,325,000 to buy a house at 2419 Hidden River Lane, according to public records. Built in 2001, that two-story house measures 7,184 square feet and sits on a 4.22-acre lot, according to public records.
