Give the Los Angeles Times’ Ann Brenoff credit today for jumping on Plumb’s listing of the house at 27200 Pacific Coast Highway on Malibu. We saw the listing over the weekend (although the house actually came on the market on July 8 ) but didn’t move as quickly on it ourselves as we should have. Built in 1950, the bungalow measures just 600 square feet, according to public records. Features in the two-bedroom cottage include one full bath, one three-quarters bath, a paneled living room with a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace, and a deck, according to listing information.
