Attention horror fans! You can buy Dracula's Castle and have a Transylvania mailing address for a mere $78 million dollars. OK - We need to come clean. The castle was believed to have been used by Vlad the Impaler who was the inspiration for Bram Stoker's Count Dracula. He was famous for impaling the "guilty" for doing bad things or just being lazy. As an example, Vlad once impaled all of the local elders with stakes to avenge the death of his father and brother.
If you are still interested, you better hurry the locals are trying to snap it up to keep it from becoming the next Holiday Inn or Dracula's Theme Park. According to a Chicago Tribune story, the castle gets 400,000 visitors a year so at least you will never be without a fresh source of blood. Of course the upkeep on the castle alone would take a small army of peasants to maintain and set you back a few shekels.
