And in a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report that Leary paid $3,900,000 for the third-floor unit in the building at 497 Greenwich Street through his Greenwich Views LLC company. As we had reported on May 16, hours after the New York Observer had broken the story of Leary's purchase, the comedian purchased the unit after it had been listed for $3.95 million. Features in Leary's new unit, which is in a brand-new building, include a nearly 50-foot-wide living room with a wall of floor-to-ceiling glass and steel, cement-style slab floors, custom millwork, central air, custom audio and lighting, and a custom-crafted kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, stone countertops, and a Juliet balcony, according to listing information. Other features include a master suite with a walk-in closet/dressing room and a large "serene balcony," along with a spa-style bathroom with a freestanding whirlpool tub, toilet and bidet, according to listing information.
