"Extra" host Dayna Devon and her husband have paid exactly $4,000,000, and not the $4,500,000 reported by the Los Angeles Times' Ruth Ryon on Sunday, to purchase a retreat in Lake Arrowhead, Calif.

Ryon reported on Sunday an incorrect amount that Devon, 37, and her husband, Brent Moelleken had paid for the house, at 778 Shelter Cove Drive in Lake Arrowhead. The house had been listed for $4.5 million, and we assume that that was where Ryon got the incorrect figure for the purchase price that she published. Ryon also got the lot size wrong as well; the house sits on a 1.2-acre parcel, and not a 1.4-acre parcel. There also is some difference of opinion about the recently refurbished house's size; Ryon reported that the house measures 4,000 square feet, while public records state that the house is 3,206 square feet.

Features in the French Normandy-style house include six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a lake view, a dock, a four-plus car garage, a sport court, a dock house, a billiards room, and a caretaker's suite, the Times reported. Listing information, however, states that the house has five bedrooms and five baths.

Devon and Moelleken also own a four-bedroom, 8,594-square-foot in-town residence in Los Angeles' Hancock Park neighborhood, which they purchased in 2004 for exactly $4 million, according to public records.
