Actor, radio host, reality show star and recently oft-shirtless Danny Bonaduce and his soon-to-be-former wife, Gretchen, have listed their four-bedroom, 5,065-square-foot mansion in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood for $4,500,000.

First off, massive kudos to our friends over at the Real Estalker for breaking this story today and writing her usual excellent commentary on it—just two days after the Bonaduces had placed their home on the market!

Bonaduce confirmed in April that his wife had begun divorce proceedings against him. Now, their classic Spanish Andalusian mansion on a 0.59-acre tract at 4039 Cromwell Avenue in Los Feliz is on the market. Public records show that the Bonaduces paid $2,600,000 in early 2005 for the house (very close to the $2.5 million figure that the Real Estalker had estimated this morning).

Features in the house, which was built in 1926 and designed by architect Harry Hayden Whiteley, include a very private gourmet kitchen, large gardens, 5.25 baths, a theater, ocean and mountain views, a two-story handpainted ceiling and arches in the curved entry hall, a wrought iron staircase, stenciled beam ceilings in the living room, first-floor rooms opening onto a courtyard with fountains, and a new roof, according to listing information and previous news accounts.

Even as a married man, Bonaduce has owned a surprising number of properties for a celebrity. In addition to the house that he has just listed, here’s a list of all the properties that Bonaduce has owned over the years:

--He paid $270,000 in late 1993 for a house at 2918 W. Catalpa in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood, which he sold in 1995 for $278,500;

--He paid $675,000 in 1994 for a 7,000-square-foot house on 5 acres at 11890 Haegers Bend in Barrington Hills, Ill., which he sold in 2000 for $835,000;

--He bought a place at 651 Washington Street in Manhattan’s West Village in 1998, which he sold in 2001;

--He owned a 2,179-square-foot house at 4236 Ensenada Drive in Los Angeles’ Woodland Hills area in the late 1990s, which he sold in mid-2005 for $700,000;

--He paid $985,000 in 1999 for a house at 2651 La Cuesta Drive in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills that he sold in 2003 for $1,275,000;

--He paid about $2 million in 2003 for a 3,709-square-foot house at 2639 N. Vermont Avenue in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood that he sold in 2005 for about $2.2 million;

--and, he has owned a three-house, 2.25-acre getaway in St. Lucia in the West Indies that is known as Shingle Cove. It’s unclear if he still owns it.

While there has been some recent chatter online about where the newly emancipated Bonaduce might end up, we’ll keep you posted on what records show that he winds up buying.
