Actor/radio host/entertainment personality Danny Bonaduce has paid $825,000 for a condominium unit/town home in Los Angeles' Hollywood area. His Andalusian-style house at 4039 Cromwell Avenue in Los Angeles' Los Feliz neighborhood, which we wrote about on July 20 and which others have written about as well, remains on the market for $4.5 million, Ryon noted.

The Los Angeles Times' Ruth Ryon tomorrow will break the story of Bonaduce's $825,000 purchase of the newly constructed condo unit/town home at 7124 Hollywood Boulevard. The purchase closed on August 20 and was recorded on September 17.

Bonaduce's new digs are a two-bedroom, approximately 2,300-square-foot unit with three and a half baths, Ryon reported. Located on the Hollwood Walk of Fame, the condo/town home is part of a six-unit, newly constructed development. The units had been listed for between $799,000 to $825,000, according to listing information. Features in each unit include individual walk-up entries, multiple balconies, terraces with city and mountain views, one fireplace, concrete floors, and a cook's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, according to listing information. Ryon noted that other features in the development include roof terraces, a game room and a work studio.

The unit is just across the street from the Hollywood Versailles Tower at 7135 Hollywood Boulevard, where all sorts of luminaries have lived, including Scarlett Johansson's mother, and Tara Reid, who paid $266,500 in 2000 for her 10th-floor, 1,087-square-foot unit.
