Comedian Norm MacDonald has sold his longtime, 1,680-square-foot condominium unit in Beverly Hills, Calif. for $650,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on MacDonald's sale of the third-floor unit in the building at 117 N. Gale Drive in Beverly Hills. Indeed, records show that MacDonald's STC Trust officially closed on the sale of the unit on October 29, with the deal being recorded on November 14. We previously had referenced MacDonald's Gale Drive unit back in our November 18 post about the $1,750,000 purchase price finally becoming public for MacDonald's newly acquired, two-bedroom condo unit in nearby Santa Monica. (Little did we know at the time of our post that MacDonald had already sold his longtime Beverly Hills unit!)

The two-bedroom unit that MacDonald (shown here as the straight man on the "Saturday Night Live" "Weekend Update" anchor desk) just sold had been on the market for $799,000 and later was reduced to $719,000. Features in the unit -- which is a front unit -- include two and a half baths, a balcony, high ceilings, an open kitchen, a dining and living room with a fireplace, a master suite with a fireplace and a walk-in closet, a second bedroom with a private bath and a walk-in closet, and a formal entry with a powder room, according to listing information.

MacDonald purchased the Gale Drive unit on October 7, 2002 for an undisclosed amount, according to public records. The deal was recorded on November 1, 2002. The Gale Drive unit is in a building that was built in 1991, according to public records.
