CNN correspondent Miles O'Brien, who recently was demoted from co-anchoring the network's "American Morning" program, and his wife have listed their duplex apartment on Manhattan's Upper West Side for $3,495,000.
O'Brien, 47, purchased the 1,975-square-foot unit, at 222 Riverside Drive, in August 2005 from actor Chris Meloni for $3,200,000, according to public records. However, now, he and his wife are looking at purchasing a fixer-upper, she recently told the Wall Street Journal's "Private Properties" column.

Features in O'Brien's unit include views in three directions, a water-irrigated terrace, a dining room with oversize windows, a "zen-like" master suite with an "ultra-spacious bath," two other bedrooms, and a windowed eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, a SubZero refrigerator, and a Bosch dishwasher, according to listing information.

Meloni, meanwhile, now lives in a 60th-floor unit in the Park Imperial building at 230 W. 56th Street in New York, which he purchased in June 2005 for $5,450,000, according to public records.
