Charlotte Bobcats shooting guard Jason Richardson has listed his five-bedroom, single-family house in Oakland, Calif. for $3,100,000.  In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the listing of Richardson's 5,437-square-foot house at 5616 La Salle Avenue in Oakland, which is in Oakland's La Salle Estates area. Records show that Richardson, 27, paid $2,780,000 in March 2007 to purchase the house.  Now, Richardson, who was a fan favorite during his years with Golden State, has his East Bay place on the market. Shortly after buying this house, unfortunately, Richardson was traded by the Golden State Warriors in June 2007 to his current team, the Charlotte Bobcats. Built in 2004, Richardson's house has five full baths, dramatic ceilings, spacious rooms, views of San Francisco and the bay, multiple terraces, and a media room with a bath and closet, all on a 0.32-acre parcel, according to public records and listing information.
