The Jul. 30 issue of Us magazine (on newsstands now!) reports that actor Orlando Bloom has just paid $2.8 million for a renovated house in the Hollywood Hills with a spa and a waterfall pool, all on a three-quarter-acre lot. orlando-bloom-i1.jpg However, thus far, we’re unable to find where that house might be. No purchases have been recorded in Los Angeles County yet under either Bloom’s name or under the name of Aleen Keshishian, who is his money manager. In addition, no purchases through any trusts of any kind have been made of late that are based at Keshishian’s former office—which is at 9465 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills—or his current office—which is at 9150 Wilshire Boulevard. Do any readers have a heads-up on where Orlando bought? We promise we’ll keep your identity confidential! Also, recall that back in March, Bloom briefly attracted some attention for allegedly apartment-hunting in Manhattan, when he and Australian model Miranda Kerr toured the Atelier condos on 42nd Street. Not surprisingly, nothing ever came of that; the Atelier easily is the most shameless of the high-rise condo towers—on both coasts—when it comes to using celebrities as publicity stunts.
