The seller, Paul Telegdy, is the BBC's top dog in Hollywood. He purchased the house from Leifer in August 2006 for $1,800,000, according to public records. Built in 1941, the house, which is billed by its listing agent as the "stunning family home of Senior TV Executive," has four baths, a large open floor plan, hardwood floors throughout, a living room/dining room with a fireplace, a veranda with city and canyon views, and a master suite with a marble spa-like bathroom, walk-in closets, surround sound, a fireplace and French door access to an English garden, according to public records and listing information.
