Actor James Haven, who is the older brother of actress Angelina Jolie, has sold his two-bedroom condominium unit in the West Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles for $635,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report that Haven, who like Jolie is the son of actor Jon Voight and the late actress Marceline Bertrand, has sold the 870-square-foot unit in the building at 1155 Alta Loma Road in West Hollywood. Haven, who reportedly is close friends with Jolie’s partner, Brad Pitt, bought the unit with his father, Jon Voight, in 1997 for $195,000, according to public records. Jon Voight deeded his share in the condo back to his son in June 2006, although that transfer wasn’t recorded with Los Angeles County until last month.

Though not as well known as his sister, Haven, 33, has appeared in small roles in movies like “Monster’s Ball” and in TV shows like “CSI.”

Features in the unit that Haven sold include one full bath, an open floor plan, plantation shutters and an enclosed patio, according to listing information. The unit had been listed for $645,000. Check out the unit’s listing sheet here.

Haven’s new haven is a three-bedroom, 2,930-square-foot house at 14052 Roblar Road in Sherman Oaks, which Haven bought for $1,565,000 in June 2006, according to public records.
