Former Miss USA, model and sitcom actress Ali Landry has reduced the asking price of her four-bedroom, 2,899-square-foot Mediterranean-style house in Los Angeles' Los Feliz neighborhood from $2,395,000 to $2,325,000.

Last year, Landry, 33, married director Alejandro Gomez Monteverde. The couple are expecting their first child in July. Landry previously was briefly married to actor/TV personality Mario Lopez in 2004, but the couple annulled the marriage after less than three weeks, allegedly because Lopez had cheated on her during their brief marriage.

In late 2004, Landry paid $1.71 million to purchase the house in Los Feliz, which sits on 2.411 acres, according to public records. Features in the remodeled house include three and a half baths, vaulted ceilings in the living room, a gourmet kitchen, a pool, a barbecue area and a lawn with swaying palms, according to listing information. As always, kudos to the Real Estalker for providing the scoop last month on Landry's listing.

Landry has owned various other properties in the L.A. area over the years. These have included a 4,821-square-foot house at 326 Cumberland Road in Glendale, which she and Lopez purchased in 2003 for $1.45 million and then sold after their divorce in early 2005 for $1.8 million to actor Kurtwood Smith of "That '70s Show," according to public records. Landry also had previously owned a 2,215-square-foot condominium unit at 1820 Holmby Avenue in the Holmby Hills area that she purchased in 1999 for $514,000, and then sold in early 2004 for $829,000, according to public records.

Landry also owns a three-bedroom, 2,459-square-foot house on a 1.15-acre parcel in Los Feliz that she purchased in 2004 for $1.099 million, according to public records. She continues to own that house, which is just down the road and is the equivalent of about two blocks from the 2,899-square-foot house that she is selling.
