Actress Rebecca Broussard, who is known for having dated Jack Nicholson and having had two kids with the legendary actor, has her 5,201-square-foot, Monterey Colonial-style house in Los Angeles' Pacific Palisades area on the market for $4,995,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the listing of Broussard's 21-room house. The five-bedroom house most recently came on the market last month, although it previously had been listed with a different agent whose listing had touted the house's "celebrity" ownership. The house previously had been on the market for $5,495,000.

Built in 1936, Broussard's house has seven baths (all bedrooms are en suite), a master bedroom with a separate sitting room, ocean views and a fireplace, a media room, a family room, a game room, a formal dining room, a living room, a breakfast room, a gym, three fireplaces, a double-story foyer with a sweeping staircase, and designer-done kitchen with marble countertops and Viking, Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances, according to public records and listing information. Outdoor features on the 0.36-acre (15,638-square-foot) lot include a lagoon-style pool, a spa and a newly installed sport court, according to public records and listing information.

Records show that Broussard (shown here with Jack, back in 1998), 45, and her father, Jerome, purchased the house in 2005 for $5,145,000.

Broussard also owns a 3,147-square-foot house on a canal in Los Angeles' Venice area that she purchased in May 2007 for $3,333,500, according to public records.
