In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Heaton and Hunt’s purchase, which closed on Feb. 16 and which was made through their Feltwell Trust. They purchased a unit in the Lofts at Laurel Court development, which contains 20 unique, two-story loft-style residences, each with polished concrete floors, many windows, large open spaces and two-car parking.

Heaton, 49, and Hunt apparently are using the unit as an office location for their FourBoys Films company, which is named after the couple’s four sons.

Heaton and Hunt’s L.A.-area residence continues to be the five-bedroom, 8,398-square-foot house on Muirfield Road in Los Angeles’ Hancock Park neighborhood that they purchased in late 2001 through their Feltwell Trust for $4,850,000, according to public records.
